This was a tricky job, in that it required a damaged part of a wall removing and a replacement panel building. Also, a gate attached to the wall pillar had to be detached and rehung. Deliveries of new bricks and blocks had to be co-ordinated, and the rubble removed. The site was constricted.

Chris co-ordinated all the various aspects, and built the replacement panel with Brad, his son. He then sent his colleagues to rehang the gate, which now swings better than it did before. A totally satisfying job, well managed and executed.

Chris accepted my request for him to quote for the job I listed on my builder. He rang to arrange a time to inspect the property and turned up on time. His price was very competitive. Brad (his son) contacted me to arrange a start date and turned up on time and commenced the work. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and sent me progress pictures.

I can not fault Chris and Brad for their work ethic and quality of workmanship. I have other work in the pipeline and I will be asking Chris to quote. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a good quality job.

I have no regrets whatsoever about using A-C Mann. Chris (with his colleague) proved to be a skilful bricklayer who dealt well with some awkward curves in the wall and a sloping site.

They were always on time, courteous, asked for feedback that the job was progressing as expected, and kept the site as clean and and tidy as possible. There were a couple of unavoidable delays due to the weather and failed deliveries, but Chris was very good at keeping in touch by telephone and text; this was welcomed as I had to be away from site on some days.

Would recommend.
